Armageddon the game

A unique board game enjoyed by all ages that ensures a different experience every time.  Ten rounds are played and no one is safe until the last event is played.   Anyone can win because just about anything can happen but solid play throughout will increase your chances of success!

Biblical end-time prophecy predicts chaos will reign over the earth and in the heavens before the Lord's return.  In this game, players will review, select and predict cataclysmic events which occur in the heavens.  Players are accumulating stars in sectors of choice, acquiring surge cards to manipulate future events as they are played, surviving chaos events, protecting dominions with angels and walls with the hope that they will have preserved the most stars by the end.  Strategy, accurate predictions, and a little bit of luck make Armageddon a favorite for all game enthusiasts!

Rules of the game

  • Phase one

    ORDER OF PLAY

    1. Players are dealt 3 surge cards and 3 sector cards

    2. Choose color and roll 12 sided die to determine who goes first.  Order of play moves to next clockwise player each subsequent round.

    3. There are ten rounds and ten event card decks of cards.  Deal 2+(no. of players) from the event card "A" deck (ie. if there are three players deal 5 event cards to first player; if there are 4 players deal 6).  This player chooses one event and passes (always clockwise) the remaining cards to next player and continues until all players have chosen one event from round A event cards.

    4. Each player will record a prediction of the event they believe the last player to receive the event cards for a round will play.  That player will make a blind prediction of an event they believe any player will play during that round.  For every correct prediction, that player is awarded 5 stars (red star).  Red stars can be introduced to the game at any point in the game but once it is introduced it must remain on the board.  All red stars may remain sidelined no later than the beginning of the 10 and last round at which point it must be placed in a sector of choice.
